Silver Rates Today Pakistan — Live Gold & Chandi Rate exists for one simple reason: most people in Pakistan want to know what gold and silver are worth today, and they want a number they can trust without scrolling through a wall of pop-ups and pushy “buy now” buttons.
We are not a jeweller and we don’t sell metal. We publish rates. That independence is the whole point — we have no reason to nudge a price up or down, so the figures you see here are simply our best, honest reading of the market.
How we work out the rates
Gold and silver are global commodities priced in US dollars per troy ounce. To turn that into a rupee-per-tola figure that means something to a family in Lahore or a shopkeeper in Karachi, we do three things:
- Take the international spot price (XAU/USD for gold, XAG/USD for silver).
- Convert it using the current US dollar to Pakistani rupee exchange rate.
- Apply the local Sarafa market premium that dealers add over the international price.
One tola equals 11.664 grams, so we publish both per-tola and per-gram figures, and we break gold down by purity: 24K, 22K, 21K and 18K. Rates refresh every day, and where intraday movements are large, they’re reflected at the next update.

Every major city in Pakistan has its own page — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta and more — because local demand and dealer margins mean prices aren’t identical everywhere. A note on accuracy
We work hard to keep our numbers close to the real market, but no rate website can promise the exact price you’ll be quoted at a counter. Making charges, taxes, and a dealer’s own margin all sit on top of the metal value. Treat our rates as a reliable reference, then confirm the final price with your jeweller before you buy or sell.
